AVS Equity Group is different. We begin with an honest assessment of the project, evaluating the project from the perspective of a lender. And we take the proposed transaction to our network of lending partners before you spend a dime with us. We don't begin our deep due diligence process until we have identified a funding source. If we don't think we can get your project funded, we'll say so, up front, to avoid wasting your time and ours.
